Foam Party Pricing Guide: What Determines the Cost?
It's a fair question, and we believe you deserve a straightforward answer.
Our pricing isn't based on charging "as much as possible." Instead, it's built around delivering a safe, reliable, high-quality experience that creates lasting memories while remaining competitive with other premium entertainment options in the St. Louis area.
When you book an Epic Entertainment foam party, you're not simply paying for an hour of foam.
Your event includes:
Event Prep
>1 hour to fill up the barrels, wash the truck, Charge & Gather equipment
Travel to your location
Travel is typically ~1.5 Hours round trip, sometimes less, sometimes more
Travel is included up to a 2-Hour round trip
Travel beyond will need to be assessed for a fee
Arrival well before the event begins
~30-40 minutes before to set up
Complete equipment setup
Commercial-grade foam production equipment
Premium foam solution
Music throughout the event
An experienced foam operator who manages the party from start to finish
Continuous monitoring of equipment and foam quality
Breakdown and loading before we leave
~20 minutes
From the time we leave for your event until we're packed up and heading home, we're focused entirely on making your event a success.
A 1-Hour event ultimately involves hours of work & commitment that surround it.
We happily invest that time because we genuinely love what we do. Our goal is to deliver an unforgettable experience that allows you to enjoy your event while we handle the details. Although the price may seem significant when looking at the event length alone, it reflects the many hours of preparation, expertise, and care that go into making your celebration a success.
Designed for Large Groups
One of the biggest advantages of a foam party is that it scales incredibly well.
Whether you have 20 children or over 100 guests, everyone enjoys the same attraction at the same time whether in the foam or enjoying it visually from the sidelines. Unlike entertainment that's priced per participant, a foam party allows large groups to play together without significantly increasing the cost.
That means the more guests you have, the lower the entertainment cost per person. A 1 Hour Party with 40 kids is $7.50 per kid
For schools, churches, summer camps, HOAs, festivals, and community events, this often makes foam parties one of the best entertainment values available.

Built Around Real Costs—Not Hidden Fees
Every event includes more than what happens during the party itself.
Our pricing accounts for:
Professional commercial equipment
Equipment maintenance and replacement
Premium foam concentrate
Vehicle Maintenance
Commercial insurance
Licensing and business operations
Equipment cleaning and sanitization
Scheduling and customer support
Event planning and communication
By including these items in our standard pricing, we avoid surprising customers with unnecessary add-on fees later. Uncle Sam always gets his cut, but that is the only ’hidden’ cost beyond optional add-ons.
Quality Matters
At Epic Entertainment, we believe the details matter.
That's why we make a conscious effort to use high-quality products across every service we offer—not just our foam parties.
That means premium foam concentrate that's designed to produce thick, long-lasting foam that's gentle on skin, professional-grade face paints that are vibrant, skin-safe, and easy to remove, and quality balloons that are more durable, hold their shape better, and create cleaner, more impressive designs.
Could we save money by using cheaper supplies? Absolutely.
But we don't believe our customers should have to sacrifice quality for the sake of cutting costs.
Instead, we've chosen to invest in better materials while keeping our pricing competitive with the St. Louis market. Our goal is simple: deliver the highest-quality experience we can at fair, market-competitive prices.
When you choose Epic Entertainment, you're not just paying for entertainment—you're investing in professional equipment, premium materials, and a team that's committed to making your event the best it can be.
